Ernie's 38-years of experience as a successful dentist in both private practice and corporate settings has given him a unique perspective on dental practice transitions.
He started out as an associate dentist and then built his own private practice. He has bought and sold profitable dental practices throughout his career. He also worked for a dental service organization (DSO) gaining valuable corporate experience. Ernie earned his Fellowship and Mastership Awards from The Academy of General Dentistry and earned a Fellowship in the American Dental Implant Association.
He is an avid golfer and served as the Executive Director of the United States Dental Golf Association from 2004-2016. Ernie and his wife, Jennifer, have five children and thirteen grandchildren. They live in Beaverton, Oregon.

When Tammy isn’t working she enjoys a variety of activities that include the beach (or any area with water), hiking, biking, dancing and concerts.

ABOUT

Grant has over 32 years of experience in healthcare and is regarded as a dental industry leader. His experience includes 20 years at A-dec, with 15 years serving on the executive team in Vice President roles involving global sales, marketing, new product development and customer service. Grant also served as the Vice President of Sales for Patterson Dental where he was responsible for over $2B in sales and more than 3,000 employees. This deep experience provides him with a wealth of knowledge and relationships in the dental business. Each step along the way, his focus has been on helping dentists become more satisfied and successful in their practices.
Grant’s leadership role extends to having served on the boards of The American Dental Trade Association, Dental Trade Alliance, American Association of Dental Assistant’s Foundation and the International Dental Manufacturer’s. He is a Past President of the Newberg Rotary Club, and also served on the Board of Eastco Diversified Services.
Grant attended George Fox University and the University of Washington and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees. Grant and his wife Marel live in Tualatin, OR.
